Starting position is body down and handles out. From here push into the handles as if trying to touch your thumbs together.

Now press up and rotate the handles, timing your rotation with the completion of the pushup.

Another variation is to turn the handles in, push forward on the handles and push up. No rotation here. 

With handles out, push forward and push up, again with no rotation.

To isolate your triceps, point handles towards your feet, elbows at your sides and push up with no rotation.

Be sure to vary your grip width and Pectorqr placement, mid chest and slightly lower really targets chest shoulders and back. The isometric aspect is a huge part of the effectiveness of the Pectorqr. Try it for yourself!
